Walnut, Iroko, and White Oak were meticulously woven together to create this sturdy and sophisticated coffee table. The ammonite inlay rests on the center arch that bridges the legs, which were connected with a half-lap joinery. This minimalist design allows for plenty of leg space underneath it to gather together for tea and storytelling.

Process
Woven wood
Each section of wood incorporated in a woven piece is hand selected for its grain pattern. This is a slow and mindful process of matching the stories within each part to create a cohesive whole. Jeddadiah creates these meditative pieces over the course of many days, working hard to manifest a fluid quality from such solid materials. Every woven wood piece is incredibly unique and unable to be replicated.
